4. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any harm to your device, and do not contain viruses, Trojans, or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific device being used. This does not, however, mean that we thereby immediately obtain knowledge of your identity.

The use of cookies serves, on the one hand, to make your use of our offering more convenient. We use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted when you leave our site. In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimize user-friendliness, which are stored on your device for a defined period of time. If you visit our site again to use our services, it is automatically recognized that you have already visited us and what inputs and settings you made, so that you do not have to re-enter them.

Google Analytics
This offering uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on users' computers and that enable analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about users' use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a server of Google in the USA. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, however, Google will first truncate the users' IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to and truncated on a server of Google in the USA. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate users' use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide further services related to website use and internet use for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data held by Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting the settings in their browser software; however, this offering advises users that in this case they may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. Users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the website (including their IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

As an alternative to the browser add-on, or within browsers on mobile devices, please click this link to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data within this website in future. An opt-out cookie will be placed on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will need to click this link again.
